Rising damp in the wall for a long period can lead to the extensive damage. The signs of this damage are salty spots, flaking of a plaster, destruction of a wallpaper and the development of harmful fungi. An effective method to counteract rising damp is gravity or pressure injection. After recreation of the horizontal isolation by using the injection method, a restoration plasters with large pores are to be applied on a damp wall – it will enable damage-free drying and desalination of the walls.
